NFL CAREER – After two years of helping anchor the right side of the offensive line, Evans is part of the foundation of an offensive front that surrendered the fewest sacks in the NFL in 2007. The aggressive young guard has been a fixture in the lineup since his arrival as a fourth-round pick in 2006, taking over a starting spot in training camp and starting all 32 contests since. A left tackle at Bloomsburg, the hard-working Evans made a rapid transition to the NFL because of his maturity, showing quick feet and a polished technique in pass protection and strength at the point of attack in clearing openings for the running game.
